Australia Subclass 600 (Family Sponsored vs. Tourist Stream) If you are a student or permanent resident in Australia, you may be able to sponsor your parents. The key to approval is the “Genuine Temporary Entrant” criterion. We must prove that your parents have strong incentives to return to Pakistan.
- Evidence Required: Property ownership deeds, business registration documents, pension details, and strong family ties (like other children) remaining in Pakistan.
Canada Visitor Visa (TRV) Similarly, Canada assesses whether a visitor will leave at the end of their authorized stay. A common mistake is providing a weak “Letter of Invitation” or insufficient proof of funds.
